An update on all of the Ødegaard news in the past few days

Arsenal no. 11 captained his national team for the first time yesterday! He became the youngest player to captain the Norwegian side in over 100 years (22 years old)!

Unfortunately, though, he had to come off because he twisted his ankle. But the injury does not seem to be that bad and he can possibly even start the next game for his country on Sunday.

🗣 And Ian Wright spoke about Ødegaard: "On the half-turn, his quick thinking, his passes, as soon as he gets it, he already knows what he’s doing. We’ve to find a way to sign him, I don’t know how it’s going to happen. He’s the one."

Real Madrid have seen his performances too, though, and they're unlikely to want to sell him. As explained before, it will depend on whether Zidane sees him as a part of his squad and on what Martin himself would want.

💬 How do you rate our chances of keeping Ødegaard?
