Willian reportedly wants to leave Arsenal just one year after joining the gunners

Arsenal attacker Willian is reportedly keen on leaving the club just one year after arriving on a free transfer from Chelsea.

Report claim that the Brazilian international is one of five Arsenal first-team players who have asked to leave the club this summer, with Hector Bellerin, Bernd Leno, David Luiz, and Granit Xhaka all said to been discontent with the squad, and that they could all leave the Emirates in the upcoming transfer window.

Willian has struggled since signing for Arsenal last summer, with him just scoring once since arriving from Chelsea, with that strike coming last weekend against West Brom in a 3-1 victory for Arsenal.

Multiple reports this week suggest that Mikel Arteta, who signed Willian, is keen to revamp the Arsenal squad this summer, which will involve several established players as well as names out on loan departing the north London club for good, with the Guardian reporting that Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Reiss Nelson and Joe Willock are also under consideration to be moved on this off-season.
