Arsenal have made 'contact' with Sergio Aguero over a potential move to the Emirates this summer. He will be out of contract, so many other clubs are interested.
However, I would not read too much into this yet. Many big clubs are looking to sign him (Barcelona, PSG, and more). The fact that Arteta worked with him could help us, but I still don't think it is likely to happen.
