If Auba gets back into top form and he wins us the Europa League, can he be considered an Arsenal legend?
Back in September, our captain said that wanting to become a legend for our club was the main reason that he signed his new deal. It is clear that this season did not pan out the way he wanted to thus far, but we are still in the Europa League and winning it would be a massive step forward.
He almost single handedly won us the FA Cup last season by carrying us in the semi final and the final. We can only hope he can do that again in the Europa League this season. Of course, legends like Henry and Bergkamp have done way more to earn their titles and Auba will probably never get to their level, but is there still a possibility that he could become a legend for us?
